Haha. I'm sure there's others. I just have more time than needed after work, especially when I have the next day off.

Well if you insist....

Its easy:

1.) Be young and stupid
2.) Work a dead end job that has steady, normal hours of operation
3.) Have no friends
4.) Location is key, live in an area with absolutely nothing to do, but at the same time has a dense population due to military bases so there are plenty of stores and garages.
5.) Have no wife/girlfriend/significant other. This goes back to location. Choosing an area where all of the opposite sex is pregnant and married by age 19 because they were bored due once again to the lack of things to do and shear ******ness and stupidity of the male population. This step is absolutely critical to success.
6.) Slowly alienate everyone else in your life because all you do with your nights and weekends is spend time in the garage because you don't get invited out due to the fact no one else wants to hear you talk about your car or the motor you pulled the day before.

Follow this 6 point plan and you will have all the time in the world to work on whatever you want.

Ha, you guys are awesome. And Edward, don't I know you from the GPforums? Its been awhile since I was in that crowd but I swear I recognize your handle.

On a on topic update note:

Got tags and stuff for the car and took it for its first drive. Everything seems kosher until your cruising along in fifth gear at around 55mph. If I give it a little gas it seems to hesitate and miss and the drive-line seems to "hop". I wanna say its a electrical/ignition issue? Also this triggers abs inop light.

Also tried scanning the car with a professional snap-on scanner and it didn't want to read anything. Having it hooked up caused the fans to engage, check gauges light, skip shift light to come on. Then the SES light started flashing wildly. I took it off and jumped pins A and B with a paperclip. Skipshift, check guages, and ses light stayed on and fans engaged, but the SES light did not flash code 12 like its supposed to. Do I have a bad ECM?

Only '93s can be jumped using pins A and B. '94 can only use a OBD1 scanner if I'm not mistaken. Issue sounds like the ignition. Have you checked the plugs and wires?
