just got the quote from the machine shop new studs and bearings on the axles $355. top seal rings and diamond pistons $800 all machine work and balancing of rotating assembly $775.

that all sound about right 200 for the rings 600 for the pistons sounds right. but 355 on the axles sounds alot to me.

so after talkin to the old man were still usin AI but were gonna go with the trickflow 215cc heads. try and get more on motor. also i talked to dave at nitrous outlet and i might also get a direct port system and spray 2 stages. the direct port isnt decided on but the heads are. if i get the system ill spray 150 through the single nozzle and 200 on the DP for a 350 shot.

Do you really think you'll be able to transfer all of this power to the ground without twisting the bejeezus out of the thing? What are the plans for the chassis?
