well i had some fun takin out the interior took me a few hours cuz the seat brackets we made dont leave much wrenching room. now that the insides out we need to remove the dash which i think we'll get out later this week. after thats out our friend the welder is gonna get at the cage. i measured it all out befor i took it all out so hopefully we start wit the cage this weekend. here's a few pics. o i found like 20 bucks lol

goin to tackle the dash tonight not lookin forward to it lol then this weekend im hopin to take the car to our welders house and have him install the cage. i may do a bit more tonight but the dash will probably take all the time i have

 

well i cracked the dash pad im kinda pissed i sorta expected it cuz it cracked a tad already but i didnt even get my finger under it and a big piece cracked off. anyone no the cost of a new one and where i can get it?

 

so i dont feel so bad about crackin the dash pad cuz now that i got it almost completly out i relized that it woulda been impossible not to break ill get some pics for ya later the only thing left is the passenger airbag and the one big main piece couldnt get it myself

 

got a new dash pad for a steal $50 and the lightweight carpet came in its real nice. talked to the machine shop told me two more weeks on the block!!! and they'll try and have the axels done today! im mad about the axels because they've had them for 4 weeks and all they were doin is new bearings and studs! but if i can get them back ill get the rear together and start on suspension. alot of things are startin to hold me up and its pissin me off

nice man! sucks that things are holding you up now...but it sounds like you will have PLENTY to do in a couple weeks, lol

 

as soon as i get the axels back ill hav plenty to do. get paid again soon then the heads will be gettin order im syked for that lol

 

ahh heads...still trying to save for mine...stuff aint cheap, lol. what are the specs on the cam you're going with?
