Alright. Good news and bad news. Bad news, I have a cracked intake manifold. Good news, I already have a new intake manifold on its way along with all new gaskets.

Also my new bumper lights came in today!!! I won't be able to install them until it stops raining but I'll get pics for you guys ASAP! Here's one of them coming out of the ups box

How'd that turn out for you? Lol

Here's an update. Since I've had to run the car lean back and forth to work every day, it's running a lot better. Maybe it cleaned it out? Also my check engine light hasn't been on since I cracked the UMI.

Now I'm stuck between gettin my true dual exhaust, or just full out rebuilding the top end of my motor. 260 comp cams cam set and 1.6 roller rockers. All new valves and springs too. Maybe a P&P if time allows for it. What do you guys think? Running lean could have burned up my valves or valve seals. So I might as well tear down the whole top end and rebuild while I'm already down to the LIM...

Opinions???

I think that's sort of risky at the mileage you're at? If I were you I'd try to find a low miles motor in the junkyard or something to do the top end on. And isn't a cam sort of pointless with the heads and runners on the 3.4?

Not hating on your plans, just trying to be the voice of reason.

No it actually helps a lot. Especially if I do a P&P. It'll give it some more bite.
