took it for the first run with my son fischer, we both noticed that it was quieter both from outside the car and inside, it seemed like we could hear the exhaust from the back of the car more but im sure it was that we couldn't hear the motor and headers. im impressed.

thanks its an ongoing thing that im not sure ill ever be done with.

just put a new stereo in (kenwood exclon kdc x994) very nice sound and im legal to talk on my phone now while driving. i have also tried a tune by solomon and it did not work out yet, worked good to start with and went south after a couple weeks. not sure what happened but he is a good guy and will be reburning. got the pcm tune back in it for now.

got the new driveline and shock tower brace from spohns today and installed them. heres the old one. made a big difference so i believe the old one was out of balance or had a u-joint goin. both seemed tight. the new one is bigger.

This has probably been covered, but if I bore my 95 LT1 30 over, can or should I use the stock heads? Going to forged crank and pistons cuz I want to eventually ad a supercharger. Also, any tranny or rear end mods required. The car is totally stock now and has developed a lower end knock, so I have an excuse to build it.

Any recommendation on cams, I don't want a rough idle, I like it silky smooth.

Ok, I really don't want to come off sounding like a total free kin moron, so I did some research regarding cams, lowerend, etc. My main concern is having to redo the lower end when I put the charger on, so can I get by with forged pistons and stick with the stock crank or is that a bad choice. As far the cam, I really like the LS1 cam upgrade idea and know that requires different rockers, does anyone know if that will produce a rough idle or will it stay fairly smooth? Will my stock ignition need to be upgraded? What is the recommended lb/hr for the injectors?
Thanks!
