Why don't you show them quotes for the 6 speed one that Hawks3rdgen does have. I believe it is $150. Then explain that there are no brand new ones for the 5 speed in your year, and have them give you less cash to buy one used. Don't take no for an answer like Camaro_69 said.

it looks like the 93-96 is discontinued or something..but i dunno if the 97-98 might fit? might be worth looking into

Well the insurance company wrote me a check for $135 to get a new one. I'm just gonna go to the salvage yard and get one. Hopefully I can find one in good condition.

I got a center console today! The only thing wrong with it is that it has rub marks from the seat belt. But they're not bad and wont be noticeable when it's installed. Only cost me $20 too!!!
