Highly unlikely, the cop would have to be a real ***** to do something like that. My buddy put blue led's on the outside of his car and the cop told him to go home and remove them or next time he would give him a ticket. Having said that....I have never had an officer treat me bad when I showed him respect in NC. I do however have a friend with no front teeth that always talks **** to the Police. Go figure.

Like I said, I know it's unlikely unless you get a cop who's having a bad night, but also, like I said, I don't want or need to chance it. Same as night shaded tails. I could get pulled for those too.

Keaton..I work in Randelman...the heart of the country and the local cops have told me how good my under dash lighting looks. I have Red in my Z28 and blue in my Civic. If I were that paranoid about a cop looking inside the floor of my car I would either not drive or move out of winston.

I was referring to red or blue dome lights which can be seen outside the vehicle not underdash which cannot be seen. I have red underdash and white dome. I'm sure they would enjoy my underdash lighting as well; however, I prefer to stay away from cops. Personal preference I guess.
