with the interior out of I want to line the floor with some dyna mat. if this route is taken would i need to put carpet padding as well? thank you

 

I used dynamat on the floor of prior build. The new carpet I installed had padding attached. It worked perfect. Big improvement regarding road noise. I also used it on My doors and headliner.The car was like a " Cone of silence".

 

the carpet that i ordered had the padding attached as well. i plan on using it on my doors headliner and floor.
