I haven't ,looked at it yet because my car's parked for the winter, but anyways I want to install an msd 2 step soon, but i don't want any generic switches in my car, It looks like the writing is painted on the factory fog light and sgs switches, would would it be possible to change the writing on the switch and then use it for the 2step aka launch control, or is does the switch not work like that?

 

you would need to wire in a hotwire or whatever is hooked to it will turn off when brights are on. might look into hookin to your shift button or a hidden switch where the ashtray is.

 

Yeah i have to look into how that works, i think the relay that shuts off the fog lights when the high beams are on would run off the multifunction switch instead of the fog light switch. I just want to use a factory looking switch for it to make it look like it came that way.

 

look at traction control switch if you dont have one.

Another idea is that under that insert/logo plate to the right of the fog lamp switch are 2 to 3 additional housings for more switch installs... See the four holes:

 

I used a recerculation switch to power an amp so noone would see a light on signifying I have a system.
