Replacing Factory Monsoon amp
Does anybody know what would work best to replace the amp that powers all of the speakers? Also this is the hatch speaker, is it just me or does it look like that has room for another speaker? If so what size would it be?

It depends, is there already aftermarket speakers in the car or are the stockers still there? If the stock one's are still in the car you have to by pass the amp that they connect too. IMO, it's easier to just buy new one's than do that. As for an amp though, I've had good experience with Sony, Kennwood, and Alpine. I have a 1000 watt Sony Xplod powering my 10 inch sub and does the job just to my liking.
And yes, it does look like you could fit another speaker there. As for what size, take the one that's in there now and measure it.

i already have kicker speakers in all 6 spots with 2 10's c-comp with a jl 500. I dont know what your talking about when you say im gonna have to by pass the amp. I just need to know what kind of amp im gonna need, how many channels and if its gonna be easily connected. I just dont wanna hook something up and have it destroy my new speakers.
You can't really tell in the picture but the empty hole is smaller than the other one.

Disregard the by passing thing. Was thinking something else relating to our cars stereo wiring.
Any ways, what ohms and wattage are your speakers? As for an amp, the most straightforward option is to find someone who makes a 6 channel amp. You could also do 3 2 channel amps, or have one set of speakers run off the head unit and use a 4 channel amp for the rest.

So the amp that is connected now is connected by a wiring harness i guess you would call it. I guess the wires going into that "harness" are the wires from the speakers? and i guess each speaker has two going into the amp? so what ever kind of amp i buy i would i cut that harness off and run the wires into the new amp?
