Default radar mounting

I was working on mounting my radar today and i thought it might be cool to start a thread to see where everyone mounts there radar, post some pics of where you have it mounted, might get some cool ideas out of it.

I like to hardwire mine in so i have it on the top left side of the windshield. Unfortunately my detector is screwed so i took it out, couldnt get the stupid thing to power up so i will have to look for a new one.

Suction cupped to the windshield, as high as possible while still being able to get rear detection out the rear hatch glass. Yes the Valentine One detects radar behind you too!

^ They now have a Bluetooth LE module that talks to iPhone/Android too, and a unit that plugs into OBD to automatically lower volume on alerts below a user-setable speed threshold, which is nice. The dumb thing is, that bluetooth should be in the detector, not a dongle, and the speed sensing for volume muting should come via bluetooth too from the gps in the smartphone!
