Default Question about pwr seat(s)

I have power driver side seat, how hard is it to replace the seat itself but keep the power function? it moves front/back as well as up/down. Just curious because the seat is warn out but want to get all information about what I can do with the least amount of modification to the power function. If need be I will figure out how to make or if someone already made it, module to use the power rails with a non power seat or aftermarket seat.

I also found out that with some modification I can setup the passenger seat as powered too. But driver comfort is the first priority along with restoring the exterior and cleaning up the engine bay.

Let me know if you have any ideas, I did a search on here but could only find bits and pieces of information; I also used google/shbox as well for references.

I dont think it would be that hard. Depends on the seat chosen and if you can fab the oem seat track assy to get it to fit the new seat.
