Default Passenger Side Airbag Cover Removal????

How can I remove this piece to replace it? It has a few cracks around the edges. Or how can I remove it just so I can vinyl wrap it? Does it pop out or do I have to remove the whole dash or what? Thanks in advance!

Everything I've seen shows it connected to the airbag. So if you where going to replace it you'd have to replace the whole airbag. However I don't know this for a fact.

Hit a tree. It will pop out. Then change it perhaps

My air bags are disabled. So hitting a tree wouldn't do me much good lol

The drivers side airbag is removed, which I was told disables the airbag system because they're both on one circut. I have an aftermarket steering wheel..

I just removed my blown airbag on my 1993 and unfortunatly the cover is glued on and has a pop rivet on the top connected to mesh to insure that your passanger doesnt get wacked in the face. So there is no easy removal of the cover.
