Default Minor window issue

My rubber "seal" that is on the back edge of the driver side door that goes around the window glass gets sucked down when I roll the window down. Anyway I can fix this? here is what happens, It doesn't happen on the passenger side

Its clean as a whistle. Doesn't seem to happen when its raining/humid out. I cant figure it out, can I just cut that little piece of rubber off?
