Hey all - pulling apart my driver's door on my '96 to go after a loose window, I noticed what seemed like missing guides from the upper part of the door frame. Apparently, there are felt-covered guides that are missing from that area, and the fiberglass of the door where the mounts go are wrecked.

Anyone ever come across this before? Ideas of a good fix? I was thinking of fabbing some new sheetmetal mounts to epoxy/screw into place to mount new guides.

I'll try to post pics of the problem when I get them.
