Default Help please! Broken window regulator rivets

I am in the middle of changing my driver window motor and found I have two broken rivets. How do you think I should go about repairing this? Picture shows which ones are bad. I have the old motor out now.

Drill or knock out the part of the rivet that's still in the regulator, and use screws with lock nuts to reattach to the door.
