on a 1998 if the switches for the fog lamps and the SGS should be lit with the rest of the dash lights. Just got done replacing the 10 mini lamps in the radio and I noticed they are not lit. Also would the forward dash 'pad' from a Firebird of the same vintage fit the Camaro. I know the defroster vent is slightly different. I don't want to remove my old one and make it worse just to see if it fits and then it doesn't. Thanks, Dennis

 

The fog light switch has two lamps. One is on whenever the dash lights are on. The other is on when the fog lights are on. I think the SGS switch is the same (2 lamps), but I don't have that, so can't be sure.

 

Thanks the on lights works but not the dash light. I'll have to see if they can be opened
