Default how do I fit touch screen in radio compartment

I have a 96 convertible and I was wanting to put in a double din touch screen dvd player but I cant see how it would fit. I've seen pics of them installed. Has anyone done this who can give me some pointers and advice? Thanks in advance

I contacted the guys at Double D Mods when I did my system and bought double din kit that came with a premodified bezel to fit the touch screen. Take a look there and maybe give them a call.

thanks for the info well I'm worried about most of all is the fitment of the radio itself in the dash been looking at pioneer touch screens don't know if the body of the radio fit in the dash haven't found a lot of information on the dimensions of the radio's what little information I did find on dimensions didn't match up

You will have to do some cutting and maybe remove the radio rear support also.
