Default 96 Interior breakdown/rebuild

Ok, there is alot to do to my interior...well to my standuards all my friends think i have a great interior for the year (96-now ten years old!)
Anyway I need to break down the dash to get to my computer wire harness so I can get my computer up and running again..seems to be disconected, my door panel on the drivers side is loose and the window wiggles...the wiring for my after market head unit is so freaking screwed its not funny and Does anyone know where to get a 93-97 dash peice that is right under the head unit and right above the ashtray
because that is a peice that Im missing due to a theft before hand. I would like to replace all of the current colored tan cloth material and switch out the carpeting and the seats, or possibly have the seats re-appolstered(spelling?) basily I want to break down the entire interior and have it redone, but its not that complicated to have a pro do it and have to loose $$$ but I was wondering if there was a book, or an online guide for this kind of thing...thank you for any advice/info!

check http://www.npdlink.com/ and http://www.classicindustries.com/
for the parts you need. they have the dash part and the carpets also seat covers that replace factory ones. you just take off the old ones and put the new ones on. there a bit pricey tho. classic has kits for the entire interior for around $600 including carpet, seats, headliner and visors.

There should be a book. I got one for my second gen made by ron sessions and someone else. Good luck, search amizon or ebay or your local book store. They are very useful and very detailed
