If a mechanic just did all that work it and NOW it has miss it should be on him to find out what is wrong. Just a guess, maybe the plug wires did not like all that moving around.
Finally figured out the coolant leak which WAS my only issue originally but after having plugs changed out and Value cover gaskets replaced etc etc suddenly its missing after it warms up !!!iNext I am going to try replacing the plug wires and coil packs but the mechanic keeps telling me its because my car is OLD!!!!I wish I had never had ANY work done on it now SINCE IT RAN LIKE A NEW CAR UNTIL i HAD IT "WORKED" ON!! RIDICULOUS!!!

Find another mechanic. "It's old" translation= I don't know a lot about cars and this problem could be anything.
My 67 runs like a new car.

I knew you would have (as usual) a logical comment or suggestion.I plan on it for sure but hoped that he could at LEAST fix what ever he "did" to it first.I have come to the conclusion that if i want this isssue resolved anytime soon and do not desire any new issues i better RUNNNNN!!Sometimes I can be fooled by a good talker or sales man. lol
Exactly!! I am still driving my 01 because I couldn't find a new convertible I liked BETTER than mine!!
cant afford the new Camaro yet)
My goal is to learn how to work on my own car no matter what is wrong with it.
