I have a 93 Camaro Z28 the security light is not on and it will not crank or start. Tried jumping the starter and it just spins over then I went to do the vats override but it was reading .887 so I turned the key and it went up to 1.27 then I put a 1ohm jumper in it and nothing again so any help would be greatly appreciated
