Default Wiring problem's... need electrical experts

OKAY! I am freaking confused here, who knows electrical very well and can help trouble shoot with my car. Left turn signal blinks rapidly doesn't really help and when lights are on, stays on constant, new light bulbs put in and same thing happens. I take the front bulb out and look at the back, both are blinking from the back. Also the gauges light up as the lights blink. And when i hit the breaks my running lights and gauges light up along with my break lights. Is their anyone who can help me fix this problem because wiring is not my strong point.

sounds like a bad ground somewhere. check in back under the carpet should be a couple grounds. main gound junction is under the hood on the passenger side fenderwell, by the battery. check the wire ends and wire brush the heck outa them. more grounds by the door jams under the kick pads.
