The windshield wipers on my 94 Z28 are working, however when I turn them off the don't go all the way down. Instead they sit in the position as if I had them on a delay, near the bottom, but not all the way down. I happened once before but went down to it's normal resting position after a few minutes. Today I drove to work, about 25 miles, parked, and they are still in that same 'delayed' position.

Any suggestions??

 

Get a new wiper motor, your logic board is dead or dying.

your board is going out mine did the samething ended up i bought the whole thing was easier make sure to buy the new nylon bushing or socket to where your linkage hoos up or they might come apart when wippers are on this happened to me save your self a head ache
