I drive mine as long as the road is clear. Life is too short not to drive my Camaro. My Tahoe handles like a truck.

I go with the same standards as my motorcycle. Clear dry roads.
Now the hard part which one do I take out of the garage?

Both of mine are hidden in the garage. The Blazer braves all this crazy weather

I don't care how good a driver I may actually be, or how prepared I am, I don't drive the Camaro in winter.

The reason being that I can't count on the other drivers to be as careful or as capable as I would be, and it takes no time at all for a disaster to develop if the guy beside you doesn't know what he's doing.

I like my car and would like to keep it, after all.

That's horrible to do to your fbody. The salt and cinders are so corrosive. I got caught in the snow a couple weeks ago (only a light dusting) and they salted the crap out of the roads. It already attacked my headers causing rust spots.

We don't get salt up here- it gets too cold in winter for it be effective at all.

Instead, we get fine gravel, which as you can guess means windshields generally don't last very long, although rust is less of an issue.
