I just purchased a 2001 z28 and when I go to roll the windows Down the wiring is messed up r something. When I hit the down control for the driver side the passanger window rolls down, when I hit the down for the passenger the driver side goes down but when I hit the up buttons they both work fine. So any help would be apreciated, maybe a wiring diagram for the door controls

 

Thats a strange one! I would start by unplugging one door from the switch to see what happens, then the other. If you have an ohm meter, ohm out the switches to see if they are making the right contact when pressed. Sounds like there might be a ground problem unless someone has been messing around with the wiring harness.

 

Yeah it's kinda weird but I looked and no wires has been tampered with as far as the wiring harness inside the door. Guess I could always ajust to it but I really would like to fix it lol
