yeah i read thru it and bookmarked it. thanks for the link... is my 2000 z28 the same as the 94 or whatever the guy has on that link? idk if i feel up to ripping off my doorpanel to get to the stupid motor.... hahaha i feel like if i am going to rip it off i might as well throw in new speakers in the front doors when i do it so i'll put it off and live with A/C and/or pushing/pulling the windows up and down....

does anyone know how much a dealer or shop would cost to fix this?

 

Yeah it's the same, it's not hard to do at all, I can do one in about 20 minutes meow.

 

Guys, I'm facing the same problem, but when I open the door and the window stays away from the sealing rubbers it work fine!!!
Is it because the motor is getting weaker?
