Default will cam work?

I reciantly bought a comp cam, the #'s are 520/540 236/242 112lsa. I have a stock bottom end and stock heads. Will I have any clearence issues with this cam?

Thunder Racing told me I would have no clearing issues but the guy installing says there is going to be a clearance issue with the head.

Please help. \

PS. its a LT1 and I want to run 1.6 rockers.

Thanks

Depending on whether those numbers are taken as total lift or at .050 you're probably going to have some issues. Getting .600 on the stock heads is going to be impossible, with a 1.6 rocker you're running .576 lift on the exhaust side, so I'm going to say that you're cutting it really really close especially if that's at .050. You may have to get a good aftermarket head to get that much lift. Make sure you have 1.6 roller rockers, a stamped steel rocker won't last long with those kinds of stresses. You'll also need stiff valve springs so you don't float your valves. Good luck...
