Are you going to install it yourself? Is it the original top? With many tops the glass is hot pressed and sealed in the facotry there is no process to replace the glass itself with installing a new top. Even with a small leak at the back window the only option is a new top.

Edit: BTW check your insurance, Glass coverage insurance is pretty common add on and most insurance companys concider it a default. You may want to say it was a rock while you where driving just to be sure. You might get a new top out of the deal.

The top itself can be bought for $275-500 depending on what you want. But if you are having a top place install it the price will go up because they will only use their supplier and they will add markup. Many shops will not install a “carry in” top. The big problem is if the shop installs it and it does not fit right is it because of the top or because of how it was installed?

I think there is a how to sticky on this site but it pretty far from showing everything you need to know to do a good job. Nobody likes a top that flaps in the wind on a sunny day.
