Those are torque thrust/ american racing rims. i believe those are pretty sweet.

The best price on those wheels can be had on E-Bay There is a fellow that sells them delivered for $689.00 Go to parts then wheels, i checked around and they want $225.00 apiece in this area, The chrome ones are $200.00 more like $889.00,

Eagle Alloys makes the exact same wheel only less expensive. However, the AR caps and the EA caps do not interchange.
