Im looking to buy some 18" rims for my z28 but I dont know how big my tires should be. i want them to have a wide stance. any ideas?

 

on my car...i had 275's on the back on a set of 17" ss rims. i would say anything past that is not worth it because that will just be more weight at the wheels. hope that helpped.

 

Hey thanks a lot for the advice. I just bought a 97 Z28 so I want to put some rims on it. What do you think about staggering the wheels? Like if I put 18" rims in the back with 275 and in the front go with 17" and 265 or 255. Do you think thats too wide for the front?

 

Use same 18" with 275 for front as well. It will overall balance and it will also not make front too wide.

 

in my opinion, if your going 17" in the front i would grab some 255's. and keep 275 in back.
