Default What horsepower would you say and transmission problems

94 z-28 - mods - headers - with 3" single to muffler and 2 3/4" out - magnaflow crossflow muffler, roller rocker arms, forged pistons, stock cam, electric water pump, K & N air filter - I also have a 75hp shot of NOS. Car has 9" ford locker with 4.56 and complete susp - locker a little hard to drive on street. stock wheels and tires. The transmission does not like reverse and will jump out unless I hold it in firmly - any easy fix on this - I have heard there is a solonid that may be the problem. Shifts fine in all other gears. Any ideas or help appreciated. Car runs, looks and sounds great with just a few problems just can't keep my foot out of gas 10 mpg is my average but many smiles per 10 miles.

Default Transmission is a six speed

I like the 4.56's but I understand what you are saying likely best for fuel mileage but I enjoy turning it up and at 70 I think i'm around 2700 in rpms but don't drive on interstate that much anyway.
