check the pvc valve. are your brakes effected at all?

Where is the pvc valve? Lol

what do you mean by effected? They work fine as far as I know. I do know randomly the "low traction" light will come on for a few seconds, and after it rains and the car sits for a few hours the brakes are sticking. Like it stops so hard and fast you'll throw a shoulder or neck out. Lol but works.fine after a few brake taps

PVC valve I believe is located behind the alternator?(Correct me if i'm wrong) where 3 vaccum lines connect.

there are only a few things on that side the car to make noise. exhaust, brake booster, abs unit, air pump, air intake, and thats all i can think of. pvc is on the intake manifold. dang forgot what engine this is.

Sounds like coming.from the lower end near the front tire.

exhaust, air pump or air intake, abs is on the driver side fenderwell. make sure the air filter is not full of water or diconnected.

The air filter system.isnt connected cause the plastic screws were missing when I got it. I'll check to see if it came loose

yep pvc is on the intake manifold. its covered with a black diamond piece.
