well my boy likes his so well, I got rid of the Cobra and got myself one, mine is a 1999 V6 Auto as I'm an old timer and want to cruise not shift lol

I've not done anything to it yet other than to start cleaning it up, it sat in a muddy driveway for 2+ years and the guy never thought to take a hose to it.

I'm on the look out for a set of stock 17" wheels the rest of the car is pretty good.

I'll post more pictures once I get a nicer set of wheels on it, I spent 3 hours cleaning the interior and have yet to get to the carpet, I had to shampoo the seats and more, it was a pig pen..

the reason that my boys car beat my cobra is it wasn't sitting next to the old house for nothing, the emergency gas shut off system went hay wire in it and it wouldn't stay running, the dealer spent a week with it and couldn't fix it so I sold it..

Well, this shows how stupid posters are on this board and how lucky your son is. Yenko hyper-tunes Chevy cars and they specialize in Camaros. I will buy it from your son if he wants to sell.

What year is it. My guess it's from 2000 to 2002.

2000, the oil pump went out and took the bottom end bearings, we got the crank lapped, just have to get the new bearings and oil pump and put her back together.

here's the boys, under the hood is a Yenko sticker, power by Yenko or something..

Since you know all about this, kindly post up some information to show who is currently performing "Yenko hyper-tunes". I'm sure a number of us here would appreciate the education.

LOL Yenko closed up shop in 1981, They still tune a few cars, yes but they do not do graphics. The names is still owned by the family and has not OK'ed any cosmedic 4th gen projects. They simple do not make strips.

You really think someone would take a bone stock V6 in to Yenko to get a world famous tune and leave the stock air cleaner on it? Wow some people are really easy to fool. You should pay 10K for it. Who's stupid?

If you read the link below from LS1 website it seems these decals where on ebay around 2008. Most likely the family put a stop to it.

From the Yenko website:
Scott; Post era (1981) Yenkos have been turning up for the past several years. We get 1-2 emails a month from someone who has seen one. But, they are simply clones, replicas, look-a-likes or what ever word one wants to use. Even though the the Yenko family has been approached more then once about doing a "new" version, they have yet to agree to anything.
