what do you think about this color?
I love your car. Can you tell me the difference in youryear model then mine '94 if there is any? Are your rims the original ones? last question I wont promise that though, Did they come out in white also cuz I noticed white paint where my metallic red is chipped off.
I'd put a larger pic of mine on here but haven't figured that out yet sorry

There is a darker, harder yellow like mustard or caution sign yellow that Chevy has used in the past.
For stripes I think 4th Circle has a SUNOCO side stripe kit that is cool. And there is this on flEaBay:[:-]

You know, the pickup camaro looks kinda....diffrent. But that eprson should be shot. Im againsted people turning camaros into pickups..its just not right. That'll get some attention im sure...thats probley what it was built for...
Something is definitely going on within your cooling system. If your water pump isn't working the coolant can't flow through the system (hence no heat) and ifthe coolantsits in the water jacket it will eventually boil off (producing white smoke and an empty radiator). A bad thermostat would cause no heat inside the car but it shouldn't make the coolantboil off.Puzzling stuff, but I'd check the water pump.
thanks for your help mcdour, its nice to chat to other maro lovers everyone I know hates it when I talk about the prob. I'm having with it.
I put in a new thermostat, water pump and radiator a few months before the heater coil, the guy who fixed it said it was reading the right temp under the hood(forgot what it was 175 degrees) but don't blow out hot,I get so upset about it i'm in tears! I'm upset with myself for not knowing how to work on cars and the guys that seem to know charges me an arm and a leg but its never fixed right..there seems to be no one around here that works on camaros and I was also told this guy would charge me $1000. just to change the spark plugs. I know I shouldn't even think about making her look pretty now and get her running right but she'll look pretty just sitting in the yard.

There was an article done on a earlier 4th gen earlier this year in Camaro Performers. It was orange and had flames on the sides, with dark silver painted Z06 wheels. I think that it would look good in either orange or yellow. I think the colors would have to be toned down a little (darker) and some metallic flake would look good too. Black wheels would look great with wichever color you go with.

I'm not a MOPAR guy by any stretch of the imagination, but one of the best examples of black-on-yellow is the late 60's Challanger.

I honestly don't give a flying crap what year they came out but...
The Challenger project was first started in about 1965 as Dodge's answer to the pony car. Carl Cameron refined the car for some time, and, by 1968, they were building 1970 Challenger prototypes. Finally, in the fall of 1969, Dodge finally introduced their E body (Plymouth’s was the newly enlarged Barracuda, which had been a compact A-body). With a choice of nine engines, from a slant-six Coupe (and, starting in February, a Deputy) to an R/T Hemi, and eighteen colors, the Challenger offered a lot of choice.
