Default what is this called

I need the "panel" that goes down near your feet on driver side that covers the wires and signal thingy. I'm tired of my feet getting caught in crap. I've tried different search terms on ebay but I'm not sure if it's what I need or not. I'll try to take a pic later when sun is out. I've shown it before but u may not recall that.

I'm pretty sure I have that part because of the vent. I know I have the vent. I'll see if I have a pic stored on photo bucket.

Your talking about the one that goes from that part that Craby posted to the firewall. I checked GMPartsDirect and they show it in a diagram, however, no part number. I believe it is just called an access cover or something like that. It is just a flimsy piece of plastic held on my push pins. You may have to go to a dealer or do you have any junk yards in your area?

Edit: Found one for the passenger side, you need trhis piece for the drivers side though, but they are out there, gotta just search for "lower dash trim panel" or "lower underdash access panel" or something like that.

I saw that one but it don't look like the one in mine. I gotta check again to see. I did not think it was that "complicated" looking..
