What model year car are you asking about? According to the dealer product guides, it looks like they were optional on coupes and standard on convertibles. This option was also included in different preferred equipment packages over the years.

1997 is the earliest product guide I have. It looks like in "97", the fog lights on a coupe were only available as part of the 1SH and 1SJ preferred equipment groups.

 

mine had them ,i think it was an option on only the bace model,some take them out couse of the water that gets in them an turns them white ,but you can get a desent aftermarket set for like $50.00 ebay comes with eveything an they dont weight like 20 lbs each the old ones were ugly i thought ,but mine had turned color too ,? are the holes there for them
