Default Weird transmission symptoms

I have a 94 z28 auto trans. The transmission has been doing some weird things, maybe someone can tell me what this means. heres what it does:

When i shift into 1st gear manualy while stoped, or going less than 5 mph, the car will stop on its own untill i press the gas, then it will fully go into gear and go,

if i rev the engine in neutral while stopped, sometimes the car will actually creep foreward, (not from being on uneaven ground) some power actually gets through,

if i accelerate too hard (without having driven a few miles) the trans will actually kick out of gear, it feels just like when you are driving a manual and you accidently miss the gear and the stick pops out and when you still hit the gas all you hear is the engine revving out in neutral.

I checked the dip stick, the fluid is actualy brown, not dark brown, its close to the pink but still brown. it dosnt stink or smell burnt but i know thats still not good.

The previous owner hat the trans rebuilt, or upgraded at a performance shop, im not exactly sure what it included, it wasnt a shift kit but all in all, the "rebuilt upgraded" trans has less than 60,000 on it. sorry i dont know when the fluid was last changed. im pretty sure this trans is terminal and this is only the beginning, can anyone give me an idea of what may be wrong, has this happened to anyone?

May want to check the adjustment of the shift cable first.
