Default weak turn signal

as the title suggests...both my rear turn signals are weak. when the lights are on they will not flash bright enough to be noticable.

Does this sound like two bad sockets or a bad ground? or something else?

Sounds like a bad ground or a connecter may need to be cleaned up.

is there any way to know where the bad ground would be if it is that?

Someone with a wiring diagram will help you find the ground. I think it is inside the hatch back by the tail lights. I am not real sure on that.

Look up the sticky for body tech aids, or visit shoebox site. Wiring diagrams, exploded views, it's all there.

so if those ground closest to the rear turn signals are good then most likely its a bad/dirty socket?

Default Doh!

so who has two thumbs and is the biggest dope in the world? this guy!

both turn signal bulbs were in backward. dont ask me how I managed to get them in backward. Just goes to show, you still have to pay at least a little bit of attention when doing easy stuff.
