Water Leak

1997 Z28 has one of the Rear Quarter Drainage hole tubes broke off or not lined up. Has anyone had this problem and how could I fix it?

must be a convertible top drain tube. going to have to get to it to see it and if its unhooked or broken. from what I can tell its a discontinued part. I am seeing part number 10243495
