Hey guys wifes 96 camaro 3.8 Turn key and nothing. No fuel pump noise zip. Security light blinks but doesnt stay lite steady. Cleaned key and lock and also used new key. Any ideas thanks.

Well after hours of tearing out starter and getting it checked ( was good ) I decided to trace vats wire from ignition I unplugged connector and jumped with spare key. We have ignition unbelievable ! GM should come up with different system.
