v6 or v8??

Right now my wife and both drive Camaros. I have a smooth running quiet 1999 V6 as my daily driver. My wife has a very powerful very fun to drive 2000 Z28. Her car is not what I would like to drive in traffic or on long trips due to the vibrations and noise from the LS1.
If you can afford to do it keep the V6 car and get a Z28 to play with on pretty days.

You can do headers and full exhaust. Cold air intake, cam and a tune. Those are the basics. if you really want to get serious with it you can get into forced induction but that cost a pretty penny. You can also have the intake and throttle body ported and polished. Same with the heads. That's a few of the things you can do to the 3.8l.

yeah, i did take a look at the v6 mod guide. But just curious, lets say i did the cold air intake, with an exhaust, plus the intake and throttle body. How much Hp are we looking at. Cause really i dont need that much. By that much i mean id like around 300. Unfortunately i do live in colorado and it is my daily driver. =(
