Hello my friend has 1999 V6 Exported car.
he called me asking that his AC is not turning off when the temperature is cold in the car, the AC compressor is keep working with non stop at all. what is the part responsible for such operation that makes the AC compressor stop for while every time or so.

Setting the controls on defrost will run the A/C to work as a dehumidifier.

 

That part would be the selector switch. If it is on AC, Max AC or any position with defrost, the compressor will run. If, even with the HVAC system switch turned to OFF and the compressor is still running, I would check the low pressure switch and make sure it is not shorted.
