Hey guys i just got a new Camaro about 2 weeks ago its a 1999 SS SLP and its red. Im thinking about getting black tail light and headlight covers... any comments or opinons on how that would look? and if i should get them? I was also wondering can anyone track down information on how many SS SLP cars were made in 1999? Thanks

it would probably look pretty good.smoked tails look good on just about anything. be careful though because in some places that can come with a pretty hefty fine if ur caught.

 

Call SLP to see how many were built. I'm not a fan of blackout covers. I have seen some decent tail lights that were tinted with some VHT nightshade.

I have them on my black 93 and I never get messed with.
