On the drivers door in the rpo codes, if you have y87 will have gu6 and g80, but it's possible to have them without in the latter years.

The top sticker in the driver door has completely faded to white, any other method?

Thanks!

Getting a correct strut tower brace and some subframe connectors. Waiting on poly bushings for the the SS sway bars. Working on the firebird seat. Have to get a trans mount now!

Update;

Energy trans mount (NOISE!), strut brace and subframe connectors in. Feels like a massage chair now! The feel is mild and not objectionable, but its L O U D. Has anyone experimented with dampening to compensate for the polyurethane trans mount? Looking for some grommets for the seat, and maybe a pad for the floor pan. SS Sway bars with Energy bushings coming next!

Have fun!

the poly mounts transfer vibrations much better than stock mounts. i switched back to stock and changed to a tunnel mount for the torque bar. also went with a adjustable torque bar so i could adjust the driveshaft/pinion angle. i did find that my motor mounts were sagging badly and when i put the new ones in it raised the front of the engine. this seemed to help.

A bit confused here;

The adjustable torq arm abated vibrations from the poly mount, or helped the longevity of the OE style mount, or the new motor mounts helped vibration or OE mount longevity?

Thanks!
