Probably not LS6, just keep the stock one for now. I still have to buy seats and save for all the parts to do my cam shaft, headers, and exhaust.

These poly mounts are super rough running, BTW. Not entirely sure running a poly transmission mount was a great idea. Vibrating like a for-her pleasure toy on a 12, for sure. Smooth when it's coasting and at low speeds now though. That and it doesn't take over 3 seconds to shift into any gear, and doesn't SLAM out of first at all either. Alan over at performabuilt wasn't lying though, with the sonnax billet servo and all the other stuff, it WILL chirp the tires coming out of first gear at WOT. Also much smoother while cruising around in overdrive.

vibration is most likely the pinion angle off a bit

Poly mounts tend to make drivetrain vibrations that are already present more noticeable, it doesn't create them. When I had a 96 Z28, I put on a poly trans mount. Vibes were at a minimum.

Might be right about the pinion angle. When I do all of my suspension stuff I'm doing control arm relocation brackets. How would you further adjust the pinion angle?

Thing is, I have vibration when the car is in neutral or park as well when I rev it. It's directly RPM related.
