Default Up to my Neck

I finallygot my car back together(1994 z28 lt1)with a new optispark distributorafter the bearing in my msd distributor ate itself.
when i went to try andstart it, it will just turn over. No spark from the coil. So i checked the reference a/cvoltage (while turning the engineover)from the opti on the b pin on the connectorthat goes to the ignition control module and i dont see voltage. i put a new wiring harness on it because the msd came with its own wiring harness attached.
Im getting power to the coil, i dont know what else to look for.Any ideas???
Im about to go crazy and broke with this car

Yeah the car WOULDrun before, even with the busted bearing in the distributor it just took it a while to fire up.I may have caused another problem when installing the opti. Im going to check the wires going to the opti to make sure it is getting power, and im gonna double check the optiwiring harness because it is a cheapo that i got off of ebay. Im charging my battery because it was pretty low, would drop to 9v while cranking but the starter sounded fine and would turn the motor strong, I heard the computer might not work with this low voltage. So im gonna try this stuff and see what i get.

Nothing seems to give, my battery is strong, didnt drop below 11v while cranking after i let it charge for a few minutes, it has voltage going all the way to the opti. Im getting voltage to the ICM and i checked the grounds and all is good the only thing i see is it isnt getting signal voltage from the opti to the ICM. And it was running before i changed the opti. Could this opti be a dud?? Is it common for these to be bad out of the box?

Make sure the opti is put in properly. Unlikegeneral, belief they can be put in out of time & the car won't run.

Im sure that itis in correctly it took me about 20 min to line the spline up and it fell right into place.I didnt force it at all.I had to take the shaft out of the old distributor to get an idea of where the double spline was.
Wouldnt it still send a/c voltage to the B pin on the ICM no matter how it is installed? Im not getting any signal from the distributor and no spark at all. I checked it with a multimeter while cranking and i dont get a hint of voltage.
I pulled the computer out andchecked continuity on the Bpin wire all the way back to the computer and that checked out good.
