well my cars turn signals work great both front and back but when i turn the headlights on the passanger side lights are very dull and the flashing of the passanger side turn signal does not work in the front. also the green right turn signal arrow stays on in my car. i replace both front headlights and that turn signal and nothing still. i did go ahead and swicth the flasher module with the hazzard module since they are the same part and that did not help. so i believe that couldnt be the problem right? i am getting very frustrated in this so i would greatly appreciate some input.

 

Check your rear bulbs

I had a problem like that. I had some rear bulbs out (not just turn signal) and my flasher didnt work, the front turn signal would light up, but not flash

 

You try changing a bulb? There are two filaments in there, and it's possible just one burned out. If it was a flasher, none of the turn signals would blink.
