So i just got offered by my friend a set of bfg g force 295 tires as they were on his dads vete and it had a nail on the side the tires hls air and everything would this be okay to drive or not what do u guys think?

 

If the nail hole is in the tread area, that's ok. If it's on the sidewall, no.

 

sidewall damage=junk tire......

 

For the love of all things holy do not mess with a tire that has nail-etc damage to the sidewall as the structural integrity & safety is gone. Even a tire with a puncture on the area where the sidewall & thread meet is a bad deal.

That tire will not hold up & could blow out at speed & put yourself & others in harms way.

Pass on the deal.
