Default Tires on 02 SS

hello everyone, im new to the site and looking for some answers. ive been everyone tryin to find tire sizes that will fit on a 2002 camaro SS. im looking at a set of ZO6 C6 replica wheels, (2) 17x9.5's and (2) 18x10.5's. fronts im going with original size 275/40ZR17's but the back im having trouble with. been told differant things by every tire/wheel place i call... if anyone can tell me anything about this it would be great. im lookin at 295/35/18's but not sure how they will work. i want something that will be same diameter so i have no issues with speed being off, will fit with no rub, and one other question is if i do go off on diameter will it effect the traction control and/or anything else that may mess my trany or computer up.
thanks for any help u may be able to provide,
BlackSS (Newb)

do u know if 315's will fit with no rub? ive seen that 295's fit with no rub and some places say 305's or greater may need to modify the fenders and/or spacers... i dont know though ive heard a million differant things from every place i call.. tirerack dont know.. lmp performance is where im gettin the rims from they dont know anything ive talked to 3 differant ppl from there.. im also kinda worried about the rims.. they are from china, but im getting new ones because i have a bent stock wheel and the vibration/humming is gettin old

with 315's its close but do-able. i have heard of SOME rum but its not bad. sometimes you have to just bend in the bottom side of the wheel well a (((little bit))) it depends on the car.
two people put the same rims on the same year camaro's and one rubbed but the other didnt [&:]

acctually i may be wrong........

the links helped a lot, thanks. any good suggestions for buying wheels? im looking at some from www.lmperformance.com

Front: http://www.lmperformance.com/16406/1.html

Back: http://www.lmperformance.com/15615/1.html

not liking the customer service from there. ordered them a month ago they call me and say "we are out of stock for a month on them wheels if u still want them in a month call us back to place the order"

ok.. im buying the wheels from them.. not my problem they are out of stock why would i call them back?? so i called them back they dont know anything about the wheels they are selling. no offset was mentioned on website and i asked 3 differant ppl from there and none know. one said "I think they are 53".

i found these from the links above, http://www.camaroz28.com/forums/show...442&page=2

i'd like to know where those are from, the lmp ones have plain center caps and as do the other sites i'v checked. are they real corvette rims or replica's
