Default think these would work for hood

i wanna put these in my hood vents. 30cm is kinda close but i could make it work.
my question is that if i hook this up to my turn signal would it flash with the turn signal? (the turn signal is on or off not dim then bright)
i know that the seller says no flashing but doesnt that mean that when i plug it in that it will be a steady light?

i went with these cuz there are 30 leds not 15 so it should be bright and the lights are flat so i wont have to worry about drillin holes for leds to stick out.

any info you can give will help

I'm not worried about legal. It will look like audi turn lights.
It will be very tight but will they flash with the turn signals if I run them off of that power source?

I wired up the same type of lighting under my doors, so when I open the doors, the lights automatically turn on. If you connect the light with the turn signal wires, technically they should stay off until you turn on your blinker signal. Hope that helps!
